I'm Darius J. Rucker, a management consultant with a passion for driving change. My mission? Equipping businesses, organizations, and community leaders with the keys to foster equity in everything they do. From services to products, interactions to planning, I'm all about making a difference.

But this isn't your typical professional spiel. I'm all about keeping it real. There are a number of companies out there, but what sets mine apart is that personal touch – it's me, through and through. Our mission is to connect with YOU first. I'm DeAsijah Harris, and I am excited to support your scheduling and meeting needs. I want to make sure you are set up for success during our time together.

My focus of support is within Black Women’s, Maternal, and Prenatal Health. I currently reside in Florida and am pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Health. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida in 2022.

I’ve worked throughout the St. Louis region supporting school districts, government entities, and non-profits. Additionally, I run my own business serving and supporting all of your administrative and operations needs.
