Opening Doors is a professional development learning and reflection space for people who are navigating growth in their work and their lives. It is designed for anyone who wants to show up with more clarity, intention, and care — for themselves and for others.

Participants do not need a title, role, or formal authority to belong here. Many people arrive simply curious, uncertain, or in transition. Opening Doors honors that reality and creates space to explore how we think, decide, collaborate, rest, and move forward — together.

Additional Info:

Most sessions will take place on Wednesdays or a time that the cohort agrees upon. The Winter cohort will run from February 4th - March 4th, 2026. Summer and Fall Cohorts will open up in April and August.

We offer equity-based payment options for all participants. Use the guide below to see where you align. Reminder Session 1 (Networking) is free for all participants. The pricing below is for six 90-minute sessions.

  • Liberation Tier ($99 - $16.50/session): For those with limited access to financial resources, including college students, under 25, or anyone needing support.

  • Equity Tier ($180 - $30/session): For those with moderate resources, including grassroots organizers, working professionals, and small businesses or entrepreneurs.

  • Inclusive Tier ($330 - $55/session): For those with access to full financial support, including established organizations and company-sponsored professionals.

Brief Session Descriptions

    A connection-focused session centered on relationship-building, reflection, and creating space to meet others where they are.

  • Session 2: The System
    A reflective session focused on clarifying direction, motivation, and current patterns in life and work.

  • Session 3: The System (Continued)
    A practical session exploring decision-making, communication, and ways of thinking through challenges from multiple perspectives.

  • Session 4: The Team
    A collaborative session focused on working with others, shared responsibility, and navigating group dynamics with intention.

  • Session 5: The Self
    A reflective session centered on self-awareness, organization, and understanding personal patterns and strengths.

  • Session 6: The Self (Continued)
    A planning-focused session designed to build sustainable routines, boundaries, and practices that support growth.

  • Session 7: Integration
    A closing session focused on reflection, action planning, and carrying insights forward into everyday life.
